What kind of tools does Warminster Tool Hire Hire?

We rent a wide range of tools and plant machinery. From Drills to diggers. Give us a call and we will be happy to help!

What is the damage waiver?

The 15% Damage waiver is in place should our equipment be damaged whilst in your care, it is offered to all customers when hiring and covers up to £1000 in damages. It does not cover theft or loss of equipment.

How much does it cost to rent a tool from Warminster Tool Hire?

The cost of renting a tool depends on the specific tool and the length of the rental period. Please contact us for specific pricing information.

Do I need to provide a deposit to rent a tool from Warminster Tool Hire?

This is dependent on what is being hired.

Do I need to bring ID?

Yes. As a minimum we will require an ID (driving licence or passport)

How much do you charge for delivery?

Every delivery is different. We offer free delivery to Warminster for all tool and plant machinery.

Can I hire the 'Little yellow Car' ?

Everything is for a hire. Just not our mascot.

Do I need a qualification to hire a mini digger?

No - We are happy to provide some basic training when dropping the digger to you. However the responsibility and risk assessment falls to the hirer.

Do you charge for cleaning equipment?

Only when we have to. We understand kit gets wet &muddy onsite. All we ask is that equipment is returned as close to the supplied condition as possible. If we have to charge for cleaning we will provide you with images and explain why.

Do I have to replace the fuel I have used in the equipment?

If you hire any of our plant machinery it will be supplied full of fuel. If you are not able to refill the machine before it is collected a charge of £2+VAT per litre will be charged.

What areas do you cover?

Warminster Tool Hire covers Wiltshire & Somerset. We offer same day delivery to Warminster, Westbury, Trowbridge, Frome, Bath and surrounding areas

Do you offer an operator with the stump grinder?

Warminster Tool Hire Offer an operator with the stump grinder. This is a request service so please ask.

Which wood chipper should I hire?

Warminster Tool Hire offer both 6" tracked wood chippers and 3" Wood Chippers.

If you are simply chipping brash up to around 2-2.5 inch's max this machine will be perfect. This machine is gravity fed and required much more effort than a 6" Chipper.

The 6" chipper is a much more aggressive machine with rollers feeding the blades. Overall much less effort is required to operate this machine.
